Sfax, Tunisia’s 2nd largest city and often called the gateway to the Tunisia’s south, has been chosen as UNESCO 2016 Capital of Arab Culture. Those who have been to Sfax’s medina (walled city) will understand why the city received this year’s UNESCO title.
